An invitation from Dr. Beth Howells: Please join us at 2:30 on Tuesday, April 15, in Solms 110 for a lecture by Sam Weller, author of the acclaimed biography The Bradbury Chronicles and special guest of the Big Read. He will discuss his life as a writer of fiction, non-fiction, and graphic novels; his work as a journalist; and his experience creating a writer's life as a writer and teacher in Chicago. All faculty and students are welcome. --AASU& SSU Collaborative Teaching & Research Grants: Spring 2008. The deadline for submitting a grant application is December 10, 2007. If you did not receive a packet, please send a note to Dick Nordquist at nordqudi@mail.armstrong.edu. --INTERNAL GRANTS WORKSHOP at 12:15 on Wednesday, September 19, in Solms 110.
