We'll be happy to post details about your event on this web site. --Community members are warmly invited to join faculty and students at the monthly meetings of the Johnson High School Book Club, hosted by Ms. Abby Daniels and Ms. Cath Robbins. At the meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2005, participants will be discussing A Lesson Before Dying. The book club meets in the Johnson High School Media Center (3012 Shell Road, Savannah ). --During the month of March, book clubs sponsored by the Live Oak Public Libraries branches will read and discuss the book, A Lesson Before Dying, by Ernest Gaines, as part of the “Savannah Reads Gaines” celebration held April 3-9, 2005 by AASU and the community.
